I believe in giving true and honest reviews. I had my makeup done here as I go here for my manicures,pedicures and other things. I was very disappointed with my makeup. It says 1 hr service it took her 15 mins. This was for my brothers wedding. I was so upset I just wanted to leave so I paid and left ended up at MAC for them to fix it. I called them once I calmed down to talk to Kim the owner and she is absolutely amazing and handled the situation exactly how she should have. I had a really great first experience at Juvenelle! I booked a facial with Kim. She was professional and friendly and the service was amazing. The spa itself was clean and quiet. I will definitely be back!
Amazing experience at this London Local Spa! Best Relaxation Massage I've had and I've had many! Great services offered with super kind and friendly staff. Highly recommend trying the many services offered. Enjoy & Relax!
