My boyfriend and I have been getting both manicures, pedicures and gel nails for a number of years. I highly recommend Kim and Sylvana. This establishment is professional, clean and reliable. You cannot fail by choosing to go here.
My sister & I went today for a spa day - massage, mani, pedi & light mineral makeup. It was a GREAT experience, clean friendly environment. Very attentive & great services. Kim & her staff (I apologize I for the life of me cannot remember the name of the amazing woman who took care of my sister today :( but she was just as wonderful as kim) are knowledgeable on their procedures & skin care products as they ask for some info prior to service & offered some great knowledge. I believe in giving true and honest reviews. I had my makeup done here as I go here for my manicures,pedicures and other things. I was very disappointed with my makeup. It says 1 hr service it took her 15 mins. This was for my brothers wedding. I was so upset I just wanted to leave so I paid and left ended up at MAC for them to fix it. I called them once I calmed down to talk to Kim the owner and she is absolutely amazing and handled the situation exactly how she should have.
