Decent facilities. Friendly staff. BUT...... there's rarely keys available for the lockers in the changing rooms even though most of the lockers are empty. So don't bring your wallet, phone etc with you or you'll be worrying about whether they're still going to be there when you finish your workout. I heard one guest complain to staff that his trainers had been stolen whilst he'd gone for a swim. The locker issue is an easy fix but it's been like this for as long as I've been a member. Over a year now.

Seems a decent place. Friendly staff. Had a deal on for the gym last year which seemed too good to be true, turns out you had to sign a 3 year contract with them. Would’ve went for it other than that.

Fantastic place. I’m glad I finally found a gym in Inverness where I get everything I was looking for. Great spa facilities and the gym has all you need in it. But by far the most important thing is how nice and welcoming the staff are. They are the reason I signed up in the first place and the reason I really feel good coming here. People really do make a place, and this gym is a great example of it. Staff are really a credit to the whole company. Thank you very much guys!
