Had to make a visit to the Juvenaire home base, the place was a mess and Steve was not in a very good mood.
Bad Service
Juvenaire was required to attend our property after Cyclone Alfred and the professionalism and service experienced was simply outstanding! The technicians, Ash and Kurt not only went above and beyond to ensure their work was carried out to the very highest standard but did so with politeness and a fantastic attitude. Both proved quite knowledgeable on how best to tackle the complexity of the work, and I cannot recommend Ash and Kurt highly enough! Thanks again guys!
Service was average, and they did the absolutely most untidy job I've probably had from a restoration company
