The stylist who did my hair was a bit rough. I understand that my natural hair can be kinky when wet and requires extra care, but during the detangling process, she didn’t use conditioner and instead towel-dried my hair before combing from the top. This caused a lot of pulling, and I ended up losing some hair on the right side. Thankfully, I spoke up, and she adjusted her approach for the rest of my hair. Absolutely love my hair ! My stylist Michelle did an amazing job on my hair. She was very compassionate and sweet. She very well educated my hair. She is very patient and makes you very comfortable. It was all laughs and fun. I’m coming back for sure. I definitely recommend going to her! Went here on emergency because my 16yo decided to take her faux dreadlocks out by herself and found her hair locked with glue underneath. I didn't get the person's name, but she provided guidance on how to fix it and what products to use. She even offered her comb. Also, she opened the door when the salon wasn't even open yet on a Saturday morning. Very sweet, very knowledgeable, very helpful!
