First the estimate of costs which were very reasonable, to the information of how to proceed, making the appointment, how long the process would take and completed the project. We love the floors. They did an excellent job of refinishing our old floors to make them look new again. They were able to get close to all edge areas and to tackle the problem areas to make the floor look seamless.
