My experience with Dr. Perez is really positive in all he do with patients. The staff his friendly kind and respectful. I recommend to all Dr. Perez.

I met Dr. Perez more than 30 years ago. He is the best doctor I know. You only need a consultation and you know that the diagnosis is correct, there is no need for second opinions, or unnecessary additional checks. He is direct in his communication and in turn is very careful about the reaction that his diagnosis can cause. When you go to the doctor, you have to feel comfortable with the doctor, that's what happens with Dr. Perez, it's as if you were going to see a doctor who is, in turn, your friend

His receptionist Lisa is by far the worst ever. She never answers the phone and does not return phone calls. As a result, I have switched doctors. Dr. Perez is a good doctor and I was with him for over 20 years - even traveling from Ft. Myers to see him. Just getting an appointment is a mission. He will continue to lose patients if he keeps his staff as is.

I have been Dr. Perez patient for over 10 years. Ever since he moved to this location his staff and his attitude has changed. I only see him once a year but its enough to be frustrated by the way I am treated. For years I have wanted to change Dr. and I FINALLY did. I called his office to make an appointment and was immediately placed on hold for over 10min. This is a common practice by his staff. I've been at his office and seen it first hand. The staff can make or break your offic

He shares his office space with University Heath Care which screens his calls for his receptionist. She is LAZY and UNCARING. Does not return calls promptly and when she does she is RUDE. He does not care for his patients nor their care.
