The older lady that worked in hardware was extremely rude. When my wife asked if they had fish food to buy for the pond she was saying we had to order it. Which is fine but she was saying it very aggressively. So then after that she asked if she could point out where the horse feed was and she just got rude again and pointed to the back area of the store. We will not return very disappointed in the staff at this store

Great people. Great service. We moved to Elkins a few years ago and I have probably spent a couple thousand dollars at this store in that time. The people are always friendly and helpful. The prices are higher than big box stores on some items, but I am more than happy to pay for the convenience. The place is well run and my boys love getting suckers when they go in.
