A perfect transaction and brilliant people to do business with! Saw the advert and popped along to the garage which is a Skoda main dealer who also sells other VAG products. Met Amanda who was superb, no high pressured selling, answered all my queries re the car, sat down with us and worked out the best deal for us a family. No dealer bullshit. So reassuring that there are still businesses out there that treat the customer first! Absolutely 10/10 … Well done team don’t change a thing!!
I contacted Just SUV about their car sourcing service, providing detailed information about the vehicle I needed due to medical reasons. I understand it’s a slightly unusual request, but to be completely ignored is unacceptable. I emailed again with a simple question, still ignored. I even tried their online chat. They promised to check and get back to me, but nothing. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. If any benevolent local car sourcing service is able to help, please contact me.
