They had warehouse issues which they should have told me about, but once I called them to speed the delivery up, they really went the extra mile to do so. 10/10 at remedying situations!

I have a T4 VW van. Im travelling around Australia. A couple of times now Just Kampers have gone out of their way to get me out of trouble. Rushed shipping or going out of normal T&C’s to help in a break down situation. This is the true test of a company’s care for their customers.Thanks guys.

All I can say is “wow”! Exceptional service from Gerald and the JustKampers team. Gerald was able to confirm parts I was after would fit my T2 and, although super busy with new stock arriving, he told me he would do his best to get brake hoses sent to me in time for an appointment I’d made with a mechanic. Talk about under-promise and over-deliver…I ordered the brake hoses Tuesday afternoon and they arrived in regional South Australia Friday morning! Great value, great service and great people. I ordered the part a month ago. They didn't send anything for a long time. When I decided to cancel the order, they said it was impossible. I solved my problem in a month and bought the part in another store a long time ago. They didn't send me the order and won't return the money. They say it's on its way. You called me back and said that it was impossible to cancel the order. You sent me the same invoice as a month ago. There is no tracking.
