Efficient, reliable and honest
I went there today at 4 o’clock. Didn’t have an appointment had a screw in my right rear tire on my truck needed to get it looked at ASAP. Not an issue. Staff were super friendly got me in right away, then came to me in the waiting room and said by the way your truck needs an inspection. I said oh wow I didn’t even notice. Would you like us to do it? This should be a five star review , first time at just joes about 2 weeks ago . What an experience , put my car in for inspection . They actually did a print out what my car needed, then a week later did the work , I have been inspecting vehicles for 30 years, maybe I was going to the wrong places , they would just tell me what I needed , send me along , last time I be left with inspection from another mechanic , my car broke down 2 weeks later , I found out they put on used parts . The staff here are lovely to deal with! Friendly and helpful. Rusty (furry staff bud) is an amazing fella keeping the shop in order and his customers happy 🥹😍 Highly recommend their services!
