I have been with Coach Jameson for the past 2 months now, and I can say without a doubt he has given me an experience unrivaled by any other sports I've done all throughout highschool. Coach Jameson pushes you not only physically, but mentally as well, teaching you how to focus entirely on your boxing--skills which I have seen transfer to other aspects of my life. The personal and effective training means I always have more information to improve off of. I highly recommend.

We were looking for a boxing coach to teach our 14 year old son, we were trying to find a physical activity that would help with our son’s fitness level and also help him learn to cope with his emotions. As a gay man, I can be a bit apprehensive on where I'm safe to take my business, especially in sports-related industries. But after my first session with Jameson, I not only found the boxing coach I was looking for, but also the one I didn't even know I needed. Jamison is a fantastic trainer and instructor. He is very unique and brings a sort of yin-yang approach with his style. I've trained in martial arts and with other personal trainers and boxing coaches before but never had the opportunity to learn from a former pro-boxer that worked on technique with me AND had a teaching style that pushed me.
