I am so impressed with Dr. Chris and his assistant, Sandy, at Optimal Health. They both posses 'optimal' care-giving qualities, that I found to be very gentle, effective and nurturing. I have been receiving chiropractic treatment, physical therapy and massage therapy at Optimum Health for approximately 6 months. When I first walked into Optimum Health I was in a tremendous amount of pain. Dr Ryan provided a thorough examination and provided me with a treatment plan that made sense. I am happy to say I am now pain free and enjoying life once again. Dr. Ryan is an excellent Chiropractor. Anyone suffering from back pain needs go to Optimum Health.

I went to Dr. Justin for not the typical reasons of needing pain relief. I am a mother of 3 children with a busy schedule. I workout a lot and try to eat healthy most days and wanted to have him help me stay healthy to keep up my daily routine. I am a proactive person instead of a reactive person.
