i arranged a carpet cleaning for my sister’s home in Alexandria with Justin's Carpet Cleaning after finding them online, and the whole process was smooth and easy. They were very responsive, showed up right on time, and made scheduling simple even though i was handling it from a distance. This family-run carpet and rug cleaning team really knows their craft, and it shows in the care they put into every job. I always trust a smaller local business with my valuable rugs and carpets because you can actually talk with the owner, ask questions, and get helpful advice along with great service. They took the time to explain the cleaning process, treated my rugs with real care, and brought back the color and softness so well that I love them even more now. I wish I had found them sooner, before another carpet cleanin... read more

They worked carefully, paid attention to detail, wiped down the baseboards, and made sure no overspray got onto the wood floors. They also shared helpful tips for handling small spots between visits and made the whole carpet cleaning service feel thorough and professional. We have high standards ... read more

For carpet cleaning, rug care, and helpful service, look no further than Justin's Carpet Cleaning. Elias was friendly, knowledgeable, and made it easy to choose the right cleaning and care for our area rugs. The whole experience felt personal and detailed, and the rugs now fit even better with the look and feel of our home. We originally planned to have only two rugs cleaned, but after seeing how fresh... read more
