I was very impressed by the professionalism, kindness and competency of Justin and his team. I brought in my volvo for a malfunctioning alarm and thermostat issue. He ran diagnostics and explained the issues in detail. Due to the software associated with the required repairs, a dealership was required for the repair. Not only was he completely transparent about this, he called Volvo of London before I even did, and they were able to assist me further. I’ve had it. After seven years of giving Justin’s Auto Repair chance after chance, I’m done. This guy is a professional at one thing only: doing the absolute minimum while charging you top dollar. You claim to “specialize in Volvos”? That’s a complete joke. You don’t specialize in anything except ripping people off repeatedly—and I’m speaking from years of painful experience.
