My non verbal son Ray has been going here since he turned 3 year old. He was diagnosed with autism spectrum late last year and it’s been a huge challenge to understand how he communicates. Entire staff is very nice and professional. They are very accommodating and flexible when we need to reschedule a session or simply switch to a virtual session.
I would have given this place all 5 stars if they weren’t so pushy and inconsiderate. The therapist here at this location are great ! Super nice and helpful. Although, I wish they can do a little more with teaching my son to talk. We been going for a year and some months and my son has made some progress. The thing I don’t like is when canceling an appointment they are pushy to get you in that same day at another time or something the next day.
