Arrived 5 minutes late for 2pm appt with Dr. Justine N. Rosner and was refused service. Front desk was still checking in the patient ahead of me who took 15+ min. Office also has major phone issues - called 3x, on hold 20 min each time, never reached anyone. They claim they texted me but had the wrong number on file. Very disappointing experience and zero flexibility.
