Receptionist Lin greeted me “Good morning Ms. Fay Nelson “ with a smile, made you feel welcomed & checked me in quick. I was brought in quickly with Diego who was very polite answered all my questions. Myra was gentle and polite. Dr.V and her assistant works well together very thorough. Love it, staff has great customer service. Patient with you and listen to you.
From the onset of my visit, I was impressed with Mittleman Eye. First I am grateful to Barbara Cuevas for getting me an appointment so quickly! As an elderly person, I sometimes need a little extra help. This is exactly what I found with everyone that was a part of my visit!! I had a great experience at Mittleman. I was referred to this practice after being diagnosed with Shingles by my dermatologist. I got in the very next day and the staff was great. Lin was informative in check-in, Israel was thorough with the exam and Dr. Justina and Leslie were kind and caring when making sure my eyes were safe.
