Didn’t even get to see this provider. Scheduled for a new patient visit and waited 20 minutes into the appointment being seated in the room, clock ticking. It was only a 30 minute appointment with over half waiting!!! Rip off of time for insurance companies. Walked out and they cancelled my appointment. Will try to find somewhere else, won’t even try coming to visit again.

Dr. Ward was not a reliable doctor for me. When I tried to explain how I wanted to be treated or shared concerns about my care, I felt like he didn't listen. There were several occasions when other healthcare professionals suggested treatment options they believed would provide better care, but when I brought those recommendations to Dr. Ward, they were dismissed without meaningful discussion. I was a walk in but Doctor Ward is my PCP. He see me fast and was efficient.

I saw Dr. Ward on 5/19/2026, very rewarding visit he was able to explain the food chart to me and to give me pointers on the things to eat and drink as well as the things to stay away from. He discussed my lab results and was detailed about each one. Excellent visit with a doctor that seems to care about the well being of his patient.
