I really liked Dr. Vines and most of his staff were effective and easy enough to deal with. But one nurse made it impossible for me to continue to see Dr. Vines. She was ALWAYS rude, non responsive. Her phone call returns were non existent. When Dr. Vines opened an office in New Site, Al. I transferred there hoping I would not have more contact with that nurse.
