Decent doctor. Came in for chronic ankle issue. He reccomended ankle arthoscopy. I am not from the island. Didnt realize how much trouble it is just to get to this office until i went there for a consultation. If the office could have been more closer . . Much closer. Not necessarily outside of staten island. Just closer. Thats the only reason not to come here. Loved the receptionist staff as well the doctors helpers. Decent service.
Dr. Justin Tsai help me change my life. Very nice, friendly, warm professional doctor.This entire process was pretty fast,He knew first visit exactly what was wrong and we both knew what needed to be done. I decided surgery,He reconstructed my foot, I couldn't barely walk or stand anymore when I decided to to come to his office and get help. Had the best experience with Dr.Tsai. He fixed my complex fracture on my foot. Couldn’t have been nicer and I walk without any pain!
I had a great Dr. Tsai. He was professional, attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything to me clearly. I felt heard and well cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
