Dr. Tsai is an excellent doctor. I truly believe he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. He listens carefully to every concern and provides professional advice that makes you feel confident in your care. It’s clear that he’s compassionate and dedicated to helping his patients.
Dr Thai is amazing and very professional. I recently had a rupture to my right Achilles and it was corrected with surgery. He has great bed side manner and his staff are very welcoming. I have recommended people to his offices.
I had an accidental injury that required surgery, and from my first meeting with Dr. Tsai J., I knew I was in excellent hands. He was professional, empathetic, and explained everything clearly. After my surgery, he personally updated my husband, which we deeply appreciated. At my follow-up, he was again attentive and thorough, reviewing my results and guiding me with helpful recovery exercises. Dr. Tsai and his staff are compassionate, professional, and efficient. I left the office feeling encouraged and well cared for.
It was my first time dealing with Dr. Tsai, He was very professional, dressed very nicely and answered all of my questions. His prognosis and his strategy for my planned care worked very well. Although my condition will take time to heal, his assistance started me on that journey rather quickly. 10 stars for Dr. Tsai!
Had my first visit with Dr Tsai. The visit was on time. The doctor was nice friendly shook hands. Ordered the necessary tests. Hopefully we will figure out the issue. It was worth to wait for him for a months.
