Terrible Surgeon!!!! Terrible bedside manner. Terrible communication! Rude! Incompetent.
Had my 1st appt. With Dr. Sybesma. He spent all total, maybe 5 minutes.with me. Told me he wanted me in therapy. I told him I could only get 2 medical rides thru Senior Services a month. He was already in the hallway when he said if I wasn't going to follow his directions, then I was wasting his time! He could have. Ordered in home therapy.. but did not. Didn't treat me with respect or answer any questions cuz he left the room so fast. If he doesn't like Medicare patients, then he shouldn't take them! Acted like I wasn't wor... read more
He did surgery on my elderly sisters leg and when she came to have her follow up with him , he seemed like he really didn't care if she was doing okay after the surgery or not. He rushed in spent about 5 minutes with her and blew out of the room. If you only choose to see wealthy patients YOU SHOULD JUST ADVERTISE AS SUCH!! Also, you might want to brush up on your people interaction skills. He is extremely arrogant and very insensitive to his patients that are on Medicare.
I had a total knee replacement 20 years ago on my left knee and recently had my right knee replaced by Dr Sybesma his knowledge and expertise are exceptional. He has answered all of my questions and concerns regarding my recent surgery and I feel if every doctor would be as honest as he is we would not have problems with our medical needs. I rate him as a 5 star surgeon and would certainly recommend him to my family and friends
