Dr Schwarz Is excellent at explaining details very kind and considerate, always reliable when it is needed for follow up information I would recommend him to anyone.
The place is beautiful (great wheelchairs!). The staff was caring and helpful. Even though we were almost a half hour late (due to car service issues), Dr. Justin Schwartz saw us and spent time telling us the results of the brain scans my partner had. Dr. Schwartz answered our questions and gave advice. He and the rest of the Neurosurgical team at NY-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital saved my partner’s life after my partner fell and had a brain bleed (turned out to be two separate bleeds). The Doctor had CAT Scans before our visit, so he had a good idea about my fractured vertebrae, & the limitations on my condition. For such a condition, many people suffer from pain, which the doctor had help. However that is not something I have to deal with.
I was extremely impressed and pleased with the professional treatment received from Dr. Schwarz and all staff. They were patient, competent and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I feel safe under his care.
