Top notch. Best in his field in my opinion. No nonsense, yet caring, compassionate, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and concise. Very comfortable to have a conversation with. Was very understanding when I dropped to my knees in tears after being told the devastating news of my diagnosis. He even got me tissues along with giving me a pep talk.
Why are so many excellent doctors moving out of Elkton. Now my insurance doesn't cover this. If they don't find a replacement soon I have to drop my advantage plan and pay for a supplement plan.
I met Dr. Penta, he was straight to the point. He made a comment that really didnt apply to me. So I told him no that's not accurate. So my visit wasn't the best. I decided to go back. The visit was much better. I met Dr Sausville and he was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do during surgery. The whole team made feel at ease through the process. Every one in the office are so friendly. Thanks team...you guys rock!
I was admitted to Union Hospital for kidney stones. Dr. Sausville was the urologist on call that day. He explained my options thoroughly and described the operation and the aftermath. He has excellent patient care. I am thankful to have had a successful operation. I am feeling much better now. Thanks to Dr. Sausville!
