Parents trying to find junior golf in Monterey (which barely exists) don’t waste your time with Russo. 2 other sets of Parents and I have had the same experience. Multiple emails and calls, DM’s, no response. No answer. No engagement. If you’re a parent looking for junior golf for your kids don’t waste your time.

Excellent children program.. Justin & Staff are very welcoming and helpful. I do constantly recall when Fort Ord had a military presence....Do miss those times !! Black Horse Golf Course staff has and are doing an outstanding job.. What is so convenient one could schedule events there that or just have lunch... Either way what a breathtaking view of the ocean.

I’m only giving one star because zero isn’t possible. I took my two boys to his “kids academy” this Saturday. From the start, I noticed there was very little organization. Not only were the instructors not teaching the kids anything, they weren’t even keeping accountability of the kids. Nonetheless, I was withholding my judgement until the end. As they were wrapping up, I asked Justin, the owner, for a little more information about the “academy”....the structure, feedback, activities, etc. Before I could really even complete... read more
