I've seen Dr Richardson for a few problems now and have really appreciated his funny but professional bedside manner and he has personally helped me by having great discretion when I was under the knife. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Richardson to a friend or to see him again if I had another issue.

I saw Dr Richardson on Nov 1st about some minor facial surgery. He indicated that he needed to do the surgery at the surgery center and I should contact his scheduler, Debbie. I contacted her on Nov. 1st where she indicated she'd get back to me after talking to surgery center. I called again a week later and was told the same thing. I called a third time after another week. Its now been over three weeks and I've had zero response from the docs office. I know they are busy but a simple followup does not seem unreasonable.
