One of the nicest medical professionals I’ve ever seen (2 visits already). Friendly, thorough, funny. Put me at ease, explained things clearly, and checked that I understood or had questions. Everyone at that office is so nice that it’s a pleasure going there…even if it is for an injury!

bedside manner leaves much to be desired, unfortunately. not sure if theres some obscure chip on his shoulder or if he was having a bad day, but he was behind (no problem), didnt introduce himself when he walked into the room, expressed verbal unprompted surprise that my “insurance even paid for an MRI” (what does that have to do with today’s visit?) maintained an almost snarky tone during the exchange (“im just saying what you said”) and im certain i came up with my own treatment plan, which he essentially just regurgitated... read more

My first visit, for pain in my right shoulder. Lynch apologized for my having to wait 11 minutes to see him, even though that time included getting four X-rays. He listened, carefully, was clear in his responses, told me what was not causing the problem, showed me the X-rays, and gave me his diagnosis. That's exactly what I wanted, and if I have further problems, I will choose to see him again.
