This was a bait and switch hack. I switched physicians and hospital facilities to be a patient of a doctor who is not even in town and won't be for who knows how long. My routine appointment was automatically cancelled when I needed to see him. I remade the appointment and was supposed to see the other Cardiologist at 9:15 this morning. When I got to the office at 9:00, there were already 16 people ahead of me. Back to square 1
