About this business
One aspect that I really like about cardiology is that you get to develop long-term relationships and take care of people over a number of years. With intervention I also get to take care of people in the hospital and and do acute procedures, but then also follow them and help them out. Being able to develop that rapport and have a good relationship over a long period of time is a nice aspect.

Simple
Great doctor, but you will never reach a live person, even during normal business hours. Their phone tree is horrendous, and you will be placed on indefinite hold or disconnected. This is an ongoing problem that will never be solved. No one is accountable.
Dr. Sheehy has taken very good care of me along with other Mercy doctors in my battle with cancer. He is taking very good care of my heart and explaining things that have been going on. He has made decisions early in my illness that have saved my life! He shows a lot of care and compassion! Thank you to Dr. Sheehy and all his staff!
I went to Dr. Sheehy after a test result, and he was very pleasant and attentive. He discussed my results and suggested a reasonable plan of action. After answering my questions, he arranged a follow up blood test, and his staff set up a future appointment. I would recommend him.
Not sure why I have to put one star. He seemed uninterested from the beginning. After a month and a half of not hearing anything about my medication that needed a PR from him or his staff, I fired him. I showed the nurse the message about kickback from CVS wanting a change while still IN HIS OFFICE. Don't be fooled by socialmedia response because I already talked to Patient Relations, and they could care less. Never received a call back like promised.
