The females who work the front desk are rude and lack communication skills. I called the day prior to showing up in office to double check there will be no issues with my insurance or anything in that matter-was told to walk in between 1-4 they’d get me in… just to show up and be told that what was verified the day prior was not going to work & denied even speaking with me. Dr Noroozian and Tanner plus all staff are the absolute best . They put your health as an absolute priority. They are very easy to talk to and make you feel better. The front desk ladies are great. The office is very neat and comfortable. Thank you 😊
This is probably the best doctor's office I have visited. The doctor is friendly and attentive, the nurses are kind and efficient, and the office is clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a primary care physician, I highly recommend this office. Dr Noroozian listens and takes you seriously.
