Justin and Kylie are great instructors and a whole lot of fun to work with! I look forward to going in every session. The other members are friendly and the place has a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Great ventilation and the air is always fresh and inviting - a far cry from some of the gyms I've visited in the past. The equipment available is pretty comprehensive and they do a wonderful job of tailoring your workout to suit your individual fitness level while taking into account lifestyle/health issues.
