I was referred to Dr. Kruer and met him for the first time when I went to see him for treatment. He welcomed me, explained what he was going to do for me, made sure that I was comfortable with the procedure, and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with him and his associates. I would return to him as necessary and would recommend him to others.
Went to Dr. Kruer for a 2nd opinion regarding a lower back injury. He reviewed my MRI and immediately knew I needed an ESI in 2 areas instead of just one. It's only been a few days, but the pain has already started to subside. Dr. Kruer, his staff, and Beacon are amazing.
I have never been treated rudely.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Kruer who provided me with a pain reducing shot in my neck. The pain from the injection was minimal. I didn't know what to expect as far as pain relief is concerned as I had been using Prednisone until receiving this shot. It has only been a few days since receiving the shot but the pain is totally gone for now and I am very pleased.
Both doctor and xray tech, were friendly and easy to deal with.
