Extremely un-professional! I called recently to ask if a DOT drug test would be included with my DOT physical. I needed both for my CDL and I saw other places offered both. The response I received was that I should do my research before calling there office asking such a question. The way they responded was extremely rude and belittling. I was in SHOCK and my blood boiled! I will not be doing business with someone that can act this way to a stranger asking a simple question and neither should you!
