We saw Dr. Grissom multiple times for my son, issues with hearing and congestion in the third visit he finally referred us to an ENT but the referral he put in the system was generic, had no Dr.'s name. I called back about 6 times over the next two weeks to try to get them to setup the referral correctly so that I could schedule with the ENT who told me they couldn't schedule with me until the referral was in the system specific to them. I like that Dr. Grissom listens to my concerns and my care is a team effort. Of course a Dr. visit is not something I look forward to however seeing Dr. Grissom and his nurse does make it better.
Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful and attentive. I’m always comfortable there and would highly recommend Dr. Grissom and his staff.
Best primary physician ever. Also love his PA, she is great! They listen and care and always have wonderful suggestions and referrals. I have recommended several people to this doctor who have become patients and also love him! Good location of office, easy access to everything with the Methodist MyChart app and they have their own lab right in the waiting room.
