Sadly, he sent me a letter releasing me as a patient while I was waiting for my insurance to transfer from ble cross to Health First. The most insulting part was signing his name in all caps, very deliberate and unprofessional in my humble analysis.
UHC states Dr Gomez is accepting patients. When I called and explained my condition I was told I needed a referral from my PCP. The referral was sent twice; I had to call both times. When I spoke with the Lynn, she stated that they needed my records. I provided labs and exam information, waited two weeks to hear nothing, called left a message with no call back. Had a consult so far and everything was pretty easy. Dr.Gomez is a very comfortable man to speak with. Her explains the prices thoroughly as well. Ill post more as I go along my journey here.
