Jessica, the office manager was super/GREAT. I was surprised that DR. Gent came in and just asked a few questions, then had is nurse practitioner do the injections. Not being mean, but other than asking a few questions then delegating the work to someone else is not what my first experience was a year and two months ago. One extra nurse did the exrays then the Dr. did all the work. Perhaps things have changed in the past year.
Always professional and listens to you needs.
Dr.Gent was great explaining all things durning my visit and extremely helpful. Saw him over 8 years ago and then moved out of state but had to come back to see him when my knee started to bother me again.
Dr. Gent is wonderful. He is very thorough on what the procedure is. He made a scary scenario seem like a cake walk for my wife. By the end of the day after her surgery she was in little pain and managing to walk around the rooms in the house almost effortlessly.
