Medical staff both professional & knowledgeable. Very clean office & lobby. Front desk ladies need a retrain on patient interaction. Came off as very aloof & robotic. They are the port of entry & a patient’s first impression of the office is made here.
Dr. Gent gives you the time to explain so that he can understand your issue. Always so pleasant, courteous and an expert in his field. Comes up with a treatment plan so you know what to expect.
Dr. Gent and his team at Illinois Bone and Joint Institute were very professional amd detailed. Kept me informed of what they were doing and why through everything. I would recommend him highly. Only down side was there was no print out of aftercare or knowledge that a prescription was being put in or for what.
Dr Gent and staff was very friendly and Dr. Gent and his PA was very knowledgeable and helpful!
