Was able to get an appointment quickly,Denise and Andrew were very pleasant and efficient Dr Gent is a very good dr. I saw him around 5 years ago and,he was very nice then and is still very good and knowledgeable now
Dr. Gent was very professional and read my X-rays perfectly. He explained all of the details related to my injury. He was very confident with his diagnosis which I agreed with. He also explained alternative courses depending on the result of his initial recommendation. I appreciate his knowledge and his dedication toward helping me with a solution that will improve my quality of life.
Listens and fully answers questions. Explains well. Don’t act rushed. Polite.
A Nurse, Denise greeted me even tho I was early and everyone was on their lunch break. Then the office gals came back and were very pleasant and friendly! Next I waited only a few minutes then Denise came and got me. She brought me to a room and explained that Andy was going to come and take me for X-rays. Andy was extremely pleasant and friendly.
