Stepdaughter had an appointment setup for over a year went in was told appointment was canceled because of her mother appointment was canceled after it was made no call no letter nothing front staff was rude and condescending appointment was made over phone I do not understand when I met doctor a year before he was good but he needs to control his front staff they do what they want when they want if they do not like the way you look they cancel appointments for no reason
I have being seeing the NO here for a year and she is absolutely amazing. But anytime I have any sort of interaction with the front staff by the name of Ryan she is ALWAYS rude, short, and very unpleasant. Great facility but the staff there are horrible.
I loved seeing Dr. Gayle and will always say he's an outstanding doctor. But his staff definitely lie about their interactions with patients to him. I too have it documented.
I used to love being a patient of Dr. Gayle's and was seen by him for many years. However, his staff are extremely rude and lie about their interactions with the patients. I was discontinued as a patient because I disagreed with his billing department on a bill they said I had not paid. They cancelled my appointment the day of the appointment, then refused to reschedule me. I received a letter from Dr. Gayle in the mail shortly thereafter stating he could no longer see me as a patient because his staff felt threatened?????? ... read more
Extremely rude staff that act like they hate their job. Dr. Gayle is very dismissive of your feelings if you are a woman of age. Being told "that's just what happens" is not something that should ever come out of a doctor's mouth when a woman is discussing health issues pertaining to menopause and feeling very distraught. Not to mention he is always so overbooked that you have to schedule a year out and then still have to wait forever in the waiting room when you do finally get the appointment.
