The front desk people are so rude and refuse to help with anything. Wouldn’t recommend
I loved Dr. Gayle. He did my hysterectomy and recommended a urologist to do my bladder sling at the same time. Well I had a major complications. The bladder sling came through my hysterectomy opening while it was healing due to a hematoma. The urologist took no claim in the mistake and said it was from the hysterectomy. Dr. Gayle said he would fix it for me and to call his assistant to set up the porceedure. It's been 2 years. I have left several messages and no one will return my call. I’ve been seeing Dr. Gayle for very near 10 years now. I absolutely loved him. He has delivered 2 of my babies and helped me through a miscarriage last year. I am now pregnant again (9.5 weeks). His office was my first call to get on his schedule. The insurance I had at the time he didn’t take and with my history of miscarriage I had no other choice than to see another doctor until I could get the insurance situation rectified. The volume of gratitude I have for Dr. Gayle won’t fit in this text box, but I spent years in pain with a variety of issues and was dismissed by many doctors. A year under Dr. Gayle’s care and I am finally pain free, he and his staff listen, they truly care and won’t dismiss any concerns. I and my family are beyond thankful for getting my quality of life back thanks to Dr. Gayle and his staff.
