Unmedicated birth If you want a unmedicated birth do not go here- I didn’t want to have my water broken so early in labor and when I asked for my water to be broken the doctor refused to since I told him no the first time. He threw a hissy fit after I told him no. He ignored the nurses and I had to switch to another doctor mid-labor (I was dialated to a 9 at this point, unmedicated) and had to have an another doctor deliver my third baby. Dr. Gayle and his staff are amazing. All of the bad reviews surprise me because I've never had anything but great experiences every time I've been to this office. Dr. Gayle has helped me through pregnancy and delivering my youngest kiddo, difficult decisions, different surgeries, finding the causes of my issues and working with me on treatment, and of course my regular yearly exams. Ok, 3.6 rating is what I see and now understand. Wanted my records release form sent to collect information from my old physician and a week has gone by and my old physician did not receive the request. Time was of the essence for my health and I see that this facility has no sense of urgency in the health care system for people's health. Looking for a better rating facility.

I absolutely had the BEST experience at Genesis. Lauren and Dr. Gayle are both AMAZING! They take the time to listen and have a genuine conversation. I felt like they really cared about my health, were knowledgeable/prepared, and didn’t just treat me like a number. As a healthcare professional myself, I would say I got EXCELLENT care in their office. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Genesis OB.
