Dr. Gayle and his staff are amazing. All of the bad reviews surprise me because I've never had anything but great experiences every time I've been to this office. Dr. Gayle has helped me through pregnancy and delivering my youngest kiddo, difficult decisions, different surgeries, finding the causes of my issues and working with me on treatment, and of course my regular yearly exams. Ok, 3.6 rating is what I see and now understand. Wanted my records release form sent to collect information from my old physician and a week has gone by and my old physician did not receive the request. Time was of the essence for my health and I see that this facility has no sense of urgency in the health care system for people's health. Looking for a better rating facility.
I absolutely had the BEST experience at Genesis. Lauren and Dr. Gayle are both AMAZING! They take the time to listen and have a genuine conversation. I felt like they really cared about my health, were knowledgeable/prepared, and didn’t just treat me like a number. As a healthcare professional myself, I would say I got EXCELLENT care in their office. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Genesis OB.
Wouldn’t take my dying dog to this office. I was sent a “dismissal “ after calling in due to symptoms worsening. Which is what I was told to do by the nurse practitioner LAUREN . WHAT A JOKE YALL ARE 🤣 . Also, make sure the rooms are CLEAN BEFORE the next patience comes in. Leaving someone’s else’s blood and insides is VERY UNSANITARY! Thanks for saving me from having to further deal with such UNPROFESSIONAL humans. Be blessed.
I don’t know about anyone else but I love Dr. Gayle. He always made me feel comfortable. And the lady at the front desk that sit to the right always smiling and being helpful
