Dr Gan takes the time to listen to your problems!! He is very sweet!
I found Dr. Gan after having had horrible experiences with another rheumatologist on Golf and Skokie boulevard. For me, it was like going from complete darkness to coming to the light! Dr. Gan listens to you, he cares, he has TIME for you! I never have complained about waiting to see him because I know he spends time with his patients. How is it possible to stay on schedule if you don't rush your patients and you listen to them???? What a doctor!...he always makes himself available and tells me to contact him if I need to. Dr. Gan is simply the best. He is thoughtful. and listens like no doctor I've ever had before. If you need a rheumatologist, you cannot do better than Dr. Gan.
I really like Dr. Gan. He does great follow up. He is compassionate and funny. He was very available in a recent episode. I think he is an amazing physician. So glad I found him.
