Horrible and deceitful business practice. Teri and Justin Feldschau both provide the worst possible customer service and do not care if they injure you.
Horrible experience… Mrs. Terri is a terrible person to deal with. A prejudiced and biased individual who clearly hates her job. She is not willing to calmly work out any accommodations or corrections and twists her words to save herself from more work. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend to anyone who is serious about their health.

Justin and his staff are amazing!
I'm so grateful for Justin and his amazing staff, especially Ms. Terri! Every time I call, she knows exactly who I am, greets me by name, and answers all my questions. They’ve truly helped me get back on the road to recovery. Unlike other physicians who treat everyone the same with cookie-cutter prescriptions and treatments, Justin took the time to provide care tailored to my specific health needs.
