Called for a clogged main drain on a Sunday. Was told nobody available. Please don't advertise 24/7 plumbing service if you really don't offer it.
I had to call them on Sunday morning, but they got here in few hours and got the work done promptly. Bryce was very friendly (even with my dog) and did a great job. I highly recommend if any type of plumbing issues may arise!
I was quoted at $850 for a humidifier to condensate pump connection, which is expensive, but I agreed to it anyway. An hour of work and $200 in parts somehow ballooned to $925. Fine. Now it looks like I will have to redo much of the work myself. They placed the condensate pump right in front of the air filter, so it has to be disassembled every time I change out the air filter.
