My visit was terrible. I was in FMC with a staph infection in my finger for 4 days before he stopped to see me. He was in a bad mood, and ranted about having to work long hours. Without examining me at all, he told me I was going to lose my finger, and stomped out. He then proceeded to instruct the hospital personnel to not call me or let me submit a patient review.He was toxic and abusive; don't see him, ever. Am getting ready for my 3rd colonoscopy over a period of years per insurance guidelines with Dr Richards. She is respectful and answers my questions, I a grateful for her expertise and professionalism.

Dr Richards has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever been to! She is patient and she spends more time than most doctors explaining things.
Dr. Richards and the staff are competent and compassionate. We are fortunate to have the clinic in Cottonwood. I am a patient, and I recommend!
