Dr. Z has a great personality. Very knowledgeable clinician! Highly recommend!!!
I saw Dr Zalewsky at his Alexandria location for a second opinion on a tooth another periodontist in the area told me needed extracted. He took the time to explain my options and was able to save my tooth doing a laser surgery. I will be in his debt forever. This was one of the best medical experiences I have ever had.
Excellence
Arrogant and expensive
Absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Zalewsky. He overcharges and is under experienced, but full of confidence and charm to get you to sign on the dotted line. He doesn't show up for follow up appointments and left me in significantly worse shape after his procedure. I counseled with 3 periodontists after my disaster with Dr. Zalewsky and they all agreed that the work he did was poor quality.
