Great place to get motivated and move! Coach Chris is Awesome!
It was so unnerving to have to switch to a new Crossfit. In the back of my mind, I thought "it will never be the same". But I was welcomed and made-to-feel part of a team so quickly and warmly by everyone (not just the coaches) that I felt right at home at Vice from day 1. So happy to have found yet another CrossFit family closer to home! Thank you Coach Chris and Coach T for all your guidance! The learning never stops..
I began my CrossFit journey December 2024. I was in search of something different as I hate the traditional gyms. A Google search led me to this gym. At first, I thought the reviews were too good to be true but figured I give it a try first. My friend and I tried the intro class and we were pleasantly surprised.
