Great cross fit place! I am going for about a month and pretty new to this and I can tell I already love it! Coaches are awesome, people treat you like a family, great location, great parking, awesome timing of classes! Totally recommend to everyone, whether you are not sure what that place is and what people do there, or you are pro cross fitter!
Crossfit can be intimidating if you never have done resistance training/lifting in the past. My classes with Chris built my confidence and technique.
This place was awesome! Came for an open gym and they were very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend this gym!
