I initially had some difficulty getting scheduled, but received great care. Justin was courteous and professional and took time to answer my questions.
Update: I was able to get an appointment for November. Raised to 3 stars for the change in effort and care. Sadly, I have yet to get an appointment with this office. My referral was sent over on September 24 exactly one month ago. I have gotten the receptionist answer the phone three times now And each time I had to be transferred to somebody else to schedule me who was unavailable each time. Dr case is awesome, he gets to the point and gets the job done
Sadly, I have yet to get an appointment with this office. My referral was sent over on September 24 exactly one month ago. NowI can’t even get the receptionist to answer my calls and my voicemails go unanswered. If your office tries to refer you here, I would just go ahead and tell them you will pass and send you somewhere else.
