Dr. BethAnn Palermo is a thorough, intelligent, caring Veterinarian. I drove over an hour to have her examine my 10 month old puppy for a wellness check. This animal hospital is staffed by friendly attentive individuals. It is clean, spacious and run in a timely manner. What a welcomed change from my last vet, when half hour waits were the norm.
WE LOVED IT, GREAT STAFF& SERVICE
As a pet owner for many years I can honestly say that I have never been so impressed with the level of care I have received from the entire staff from the Docs to the office staff. Every one has been so kind, caring, professional, and just downright nice…and I’m a new client! Totally blown away!
Beyond grateful! We rescued a little guy from an accidental litter a few weeks ago—he was undernourished, had severe skin issues, and a belly full of unwanted guests. Thankfully, SNAH stepped in to help! They got us in quickly, laid out a clear plan to get him back on track, and showed both incredible knowledge and genuine kindness. We’re so thankful for their care in helping him become a happy, healthy pup again!
I never knew veterinary care could be this loving & mellow! I have 2 dogs & 2 cats. My cats are incredibly low maintenance. But when you adopt senior, LARGE dogs…they need a little extra TLC. I never had a good feeling from my previous vet in Southwest Marin. At one point I was informed they’d need to put my dog under sedation to trim his nails =$500+.
