misdiagnosed afib after 30+ days on heart monitor; was late with appointment after EPS cath procedure; declined to renew prescriptions...told me my primary should do it; left appointment with 15 minutes to go; wouldn't answer further questions. Also, on previous visit to renew all the monitored ekgs, he dropped the huge bundle of charts on the floor, then was unable or unwilling to find the one where I had a major incident. I dumped him after the second set of incidents noted above.
