I called this clinic because my 11-month-old dog needs extraction of retained baby canine teeth, which is a common issue in small dogs. I was simply trying to understand whether the procedure would be financially possible for me before scheduling an appointment. Unfortunately, the experience with Karen and Celia at the front desk was extremely dismissive and unpleasant. This clinic is the awesome! I had to have my dog of 14 years euthanized, which was a very sad day. The staff and Veterinarian who helped us were so very compassionate and sympathetic. They were a blessing! This clinic and their staff are truly doing God's work. I highly recommend them for all of your pet's needs.
Once again these angels have saved one of my babies. My 18 year old ScooterBugg fell off his lil stairs up to the bed and hurt his self. I am financially strapped atm but they gave him 5 star care!! They were understanding and helped me with a reduced cost. I have NEVER come across more loving and caring staff! Thank you all so very very much! I am SO GRATEFUL! I keep you in my prayers!
