HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH OUR NEW HUSKY PUPS! We made an appointment to have our husky pups to be spayed. The gentleman that checked us in at 7 AM was nice, went over the paperwork and was stating there are things like pain meds and other things available, but not necessary. So we declined those items. I just adopted a 2 1/2 year old dog from Justin Bartlett animal rescue, what a wonderful place. The staff is so professional, friendly & knowledgeable about their pets. The animals are well taken care of & the facility is clean. With so many animal rescues out there I’m glad I found them. They go above & beyond what is expected. My new fur baby & I are very happy. We adopted a five-month-old Mini Pincher about 3 weeks ago now. Susan one of the counselor was very informative and supportive. We are so glad that we adopted Braxton but we renamed him Snoopy! Susan told me if I ever needed anything not to hesitate to call or text her. Thankful to God to have directed us to find Snoopy and our other dog Archie that we adopted three years ago at Justin Bartlett too. We are joyful that both dogs are getting alone well 🐶😁🐶😁!

Awful experience. Brought my newly adopted kitten here because they had a deal with Petco where I adopted my kitten. They are not clean, staff is not well trained and when they took a rectal temperature they hurt my kitten who was bleeding for days from it. Would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their animal.

I brought my dog in for the dog flu vaccine. The total cost was 124.00. It was partly my fault an additional 30.00 was charged due to a past allergic reaction. The total was still 94.00 which is more expensive than any where else especially since the initial quote was 75.00. The wait was extremely long during both visits (especially the first visit) and the hospital is just dirty. There was excessive dog hair in the waiting room and the exam area was dirty as well. They advertise not for profit but 100.00 for a dog flu vacci... read more
