I’ve had the pleasure of working with Justin on a few occasions, with him representing both buyers and sellers. He is always responsive, professional, and genuinely a joy to work with. He’s a great agent to collaborate with, and I hope our paths cross again soon!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin Baillargeon on a deal for a mutual client. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented. Justin kept communication open, stayed on top of every detail, and made my job as the mortgage broker that much smoother. It’s always great partnering with a realtor who truly puts the client first. Five stars all the way!

Justin helped us find our first home. He took time and made us feel comfortable and important. I had previous negative experiences withpeople in real estate and painted them with a broad brush. Justin helped change my opinion. I will use him in the future if we ever sell, or buy again

Justin is an excellent realtor. He was fantastic in helping us search for our first home in the Fraser Valley and to get out of the world of renting. He was very accommodating to our schedules and found us our perfect home. We will use him again in the future and you should too!

Justin was great to work with for the purchase of our first home. I did not know anything about the process of buying and Justin patiently explained everything to me at all stages of the process. I would recommend Justin to anyone buying or selling a home.
